Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to booking bridal artistry, occasion makeovers, or enrolling in academy training programs with Surbhi Makeovers and Academy.

1. Appointment Bookings & Confirmation

Submitting an online booking enquiry does not automatically guarantee date reservation. An appointment is formally confirmed only after direct consultation via phone or WhatsApp and receipt of an advance booking token as mutually agreed.

2. Punctuality & Ready-By Schedules

Bridal transformations require dedicated, uninterrupted time for optimal skin preparation, lash setting, and drapery. Clients are kindly requested to adhere to the agreed start time to prevent delays in wedding photography and ceremony schedules.

3. On-Site Venue Bookings

For destination weddings in Kumbhalgarh resorts and fort venues, clients must ensure adequate lighting, power outlets for hair styling tools, and clean working surfaces in the bridal dressing suite.

4. Academy Training Modules

Students enrolling in makeup artistry courses agree to follow studio hygiene protocols and practice modules respectfully. Course fees and schedule structures will be communicated explicitly prior to batch commencement.
